Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Machine Operator for the second shift to operate machinery, review work orders, and ensure safety and quality in the production line. You will collaborate with Operators II and III and use COS tools to identify safety, quality, and cost improvements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (18+), mechanical aptitude, and previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Training, benefits, and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery of the assigned department to complete work orders.
• Receives and reviews work orders and communicates material needs.
• Monitors machine operation for optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Performs hazard-based tasks including lockout/tagout and equipment inspections.
• Stacks, sorts, and bundles materials per standard work procedures.
• Assists with quality checks and end-of-line packaging as needed.
• Records production data for quality control and continuous improvement.
