Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions precisely.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in assigned department to complete work orders.
• Review and receive work orders and communicate material needs.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure output matches standard work.
• Perform lockout/tagout and daily equipment inspections for safety.
• Record production data for quality control and improvement.
• Assist with end-of-line packaging and duties as needed.
