Job summary

Carlisle Companies seeks a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to support EPS production during the 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift. Expect 40 hours weekly with potential overtime; starting pay is $19.26/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential.

Duties include operating laminated, cut, fabricated, and molded processes, with safety and quality as top priorities. Responsibilities cover material handling, data recording, and collaboration with Operators II & III to ensure efficient end-of-line work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery of assigned department to complete work orders.
• Receives and reviews work orders.
• Communicates required material quantities to other departments.
• Monitors machine operation for safe, standard performance.
• Performs lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspections.
• Stacks, sorts, and bundles material per standard work.
• Occasional housekeeping and 5S/SQDC involvement.
• Records data for quality control and improvement.
• Meets production goals while following safety rules.
• Assists with quality checks and end-of-line tasks.
