Job summary

Carlisle Companies in Ohio is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to support EPS production, operating lamination, cutting, molding and end-of-line tasks. This role covers 40 hours per week with occasional overtime, and no travel is required.

You will follow standard work, assist Operator II/III, maintain quality records, and participate in 5S and safety initiatives. The position offers competitive pay and benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in assigned department (lamination, cutting, fabrication, shaping, recycling, molding, expanding).
• Receive and review work orders and communicate material requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to standard work.
• Perform basic PPE compliance and daily equipment checks.
• Assist with packaging and end-of-line tasks as needed.
• Support 5S, SQDC and quality checks.
