Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's HVAC Filtration Division is seeking a machine operator I for second shift. You will perform basic machine operation, read production orders, and conduct quality checks, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include making adjustments, material requests, ensuring efficient material flow, recording scrap, maintaining a clean 5S workspace and following safety guidelines, while producing reports for production metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Degree or GED.
• Minimal years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Make machine adjustments as necessary to produce products that meet company specifications.
• Request raw materials to the line as needed.
• Make sure all materials are loaded into the machine in a quick, efficient manner so that downtime is limited.
• Count and record rejected products and scrap material.
• Keep work area clean, free from debris and compliant with 5S markings.
• Clean machinery and work area at the end of each shift.
• Ensure that all personnel are following plant safety guidelines.
• Complete production reports.
