Job summary

Parker HVAC Filtration Division, part of Parker Hannifin Corporation, seeks a Machine Operator Ill in Indiana to perform advanced machine operation and first piece inspections. You will troubleshoot, complete scrap paperwork, and assist with preventive maintenance.

Shift-based roles require lifting up to 40 pounds and adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include reporting issues, adjusting machinery, ordering line materials, maintaining a tidy, safe work area, and accurate

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years as a machine operator.
• Basic computer skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of problems.
• Make machine adjustments to meet specifications.
• Order raw materials to the line as needed.
• Load materials efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Record rejected products and scrap material.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S).
• Clean machine and area at shift end.
• Follow plant safety guidelines.
• Complete production reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
