Job summary

FILTRAN | Parker Hannifin is seeking a 3rd shift Machine Operator to set up and run various manufacturing machines. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production targets.

You will work 3:00pm–11:00pm, earn $21.00–$21.25 per hour, and receive health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and family leave. Applicants should have a high school diploma and proven machinery experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must communicate in English and read English instructions.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for operation according to job order specifications.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor machines for proper functioning and identify issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot problems and make minor repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and ensure timely production.
