Job summary

Dexian is seeking a second-shift Laboratory Operations Specialist to support critical lab workflows, manage samples, and maintain equipment and documentation in a production-focused setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle inventory, and ensure adherence to safety protocols while following standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree not required but preferred in life sciences.
• Experience with lab safety protocols and SOP compliance.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot lab equipment as part of genotyping production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain lab operations including housekeeping and workspace cleanliness.
• Receive, process, and label samples per protocols.
• Maintain inventory levels of labware and coordinate supplies.
• Prepare buffers and reagents per standard procedures.
• Operate equipment for genotyping production activities.
• Review and archive documents per quality standards.
• Monitor safety and health guidelines at all times.
