Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Entry Lab Technician to generate and evaluate lab-scale samples for customer programs and production support. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, maintaining logs and records, and performing stoichiometric calculations to aid manufacturing decisions.

You will work under supervision to ensure adherence to EHS and SOP guidelines, manage multiple tasks, and interface with manufacturing and research personnel to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow EHS, SOPs and Responsible Care rules.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and interfacing with other functions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and/or evaluate lab-scale samples for customer programs and manufacturing support.
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment needed for production and scale-up work.
• Maintain logs, notebooks, and records including computer documents.
• Perform stoichiometric calculations for production using computer programs or hand calculations.
• Interfacing with customers if needed and providing timely results to assure product quality.
