Responsibilities
Lead and maintain general laboratory operations, including housekeeping, orderliness, and cleanliness of workspaces.
Receive, process, and accurately label incoming samples according to established protocols.
Maintain adequate inventory levels of labware and coordinate receiving of supplies.
Prepare buffers and reagents following standardized procedures.
Operate and troubleshoot equipment required for genotyping production activities.
Review, organize, and archive task-related documents in accordance with quality standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Employee Safety and Health guidelines at all times.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and workflow guidelines consistently.
Interface effectively with manufacturing and research personnel across departments.
Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
