Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Quality Auditor/Inventory Control professional to establish and publish weekly audit schedules and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors to assign resources. You will direct audit activities, analyze results, and document findings in Excel.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience; onsite work in Ohio with a focus on accuracy and timelines.

• Must have excellent audit skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Must work well in a cooperative, team oriented environment.
• Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily to deploy resources.
• Directs personnel during audits and inventory counts; provides daily analysis and statistics in writing and electronically.
• Performs spot audit activities including unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; documents results in Excel.
• Identifies trends or processes requiring corrective action through interaction with supervisors and leads.
• Reads and responds to emails in a timely manner.
