Job summary

3Z Brands in Antioch, Tennessee is seeking a bilingual HR partner to deliver workforce support for a fast-growing mattress manufacturing facility. You will recruit, onboard, and manage talent initiatives for production roles while partnering with production leaders.

This onsite role runs Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and requires strong HR metrics, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years HR experience, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting HR processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management).
• 2+ years of HR experience or related field (recruiting, operations, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with production business leaders to deliver HR support. Initiatives will include recruiting, talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service. Success requires strong working relationships, operating as a culture carrier, leveraging data-driven insights and understanding the importance of HR metrics to drive business impact.

This role works to drive organizational success through colloborative partnerships with leaders. They execute core processes while providing guidance on talent processes, performance management, and cultural initiatives. By building trust and influence through sound business acumen, they manage second shift issues and deliver solutions that enhance both employee experience and business outcomes.

The expectation is for the role to be onsite Monday - Friday 3pm-11:30pm based in Antioch, Tennessee.

Key job responsibilities:

• Recruite, hire and onboard production roles for a fast paced mattress manufacturing facility.
• Establish and implement processes that ensure consistent, fair application of policies while maintaining compliance with evolving regulations.
• Turn insights into practical initiatives that drive measurable improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs. Maintain meaningful floor presence to gather insights, identify early signs of disengagement, and partner with leaders to drive targeted improvements.
• Colloborate with Business Leaders and HRBP on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and employee relations matters. Support leaders in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions. Champion initiatives that create an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive.
• Focus on high-touch service delivery in critical moments. Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and process efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
• Bilingual - Spanish and English
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., recruiting, operations, transportation, shipping/logistics, manufacturing).
