Job summary

Medicalodges, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to oversee New Hope staff delivering HCBS to adults with mental and physical handicaps.

You will ensure program adherence, supervise staff, schedule activities, and coordinate with residential services while following federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ condition, maintaining documentation (MARs, budgets), participating in interdisciplinary meetings, and ensuring on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• One year experience providing services to the intellectually and developmentally disabled preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and effective operation of New Hope staff in conformity with HCBS waiver objectives.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures; maintain professional attitude.
• Observe consumers health status and report significant changes to healthcare providers.
• Maintain and review consumer documentation (MARs, budget sheets) regularly.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings as directed by supervisors.
