Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and manage operations across 1–3 residential facilities providing Non-ICF services. You will lead Direct Support Associates and ensure smooth location operations under the IDD Residential program.

Key duties include coordinating with clinical staff, staffing three shifts, conducting performance reviews, auditing medication administration, and supporting training and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs. and provide CPR after certification.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees.
• Provides audits for medication administration.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures that employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
