Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive Filling Home Vehicles; willing to swim with residents when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities for resident care and IHP programs to DSP staff.
• Orient, supervise and evaluate work performance of Direct Support staff.
• Schedule DSPs within the living unit to ensure resident safety and quality services.
• Assist the QIDP in monitoring IHP goals, programs and related services.
• Review and monitor documentation on Care Tracker.
• Work under supervision of the QIDPs and Director of ICF Services.
