Qualifications

• At least 1 year operating a tow truck.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
• Maintain your truck and equipment to a high standard.
• May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to All Company Safety Policies. Complete Required Paperwork, Including towing reports and customer receipts.
