Job summary

All City Towing LLC seeks a dispatcher for the second shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 3 PM to 11 PM, in-person in Milwaukee. You will receive and dispatch calls, relay requests to drivers, assist with route planning, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure while delivering excellent support to customers and drivers.

Responsibilities

Second Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 3PM - 11PM

Our Dispatchers are central to the success of our operations, so we are looking for top individuals to bring a “can do” attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Job Description:

Receive and dispatch calls from customers, law enforcement agencies, etc. utilizing a computer dispatch system. Relay requests to drivers. Assist with route planning as needed. Keep accurate record of calls. Maintain contact with customers and drivers as needed for efficient call completion, safety of drivers and customers, and excellent customer service.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Assign tows to drivers fairly and equitably for the most efficient service levels.
• Communicate all information regarding pickup, transit, and delivery to drivers.
• Maintain professional demeanor.
• Communicate professionally with all customers and staff. Good interpersonal skills, working well with a wide range of individuals.
• Manage customer service issues in real time in a professional manner.
• Complete paperwork and enter required data into computer as required.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch experience or call center experience.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of Customer Service experience
• Basic Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Works well under pressure.
