Tyson Foods is hiring for a lead-level position on the 2nd shift in Center, Texas. The role supports a production line, ensuring USDA, HACCP, and quality standards are met. You will assist with setup, supervise staffing decisions, and back up the supervisor as needed.

Competenze

• Lead experience: at least six months with a single employer within the last 12 months.

Mansioni

• Assist Supervisor with department set-up and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, production, and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor shoulder cuts and debone mechanical issues.
• Make staffing decisions based on product flow, mix, and attendance.
• Relieve line personnel as needed and fill in for absenteeism.
• Perform wash down during breaks and maintain housekeeping.
• Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.
