Tyson Foods in Center, Texas seeks a second-shift lead to assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily department duties and ensuring timely execution of instruction. You will monitor equipment, address maintenance needs, and support the debone operation while upholding Tyson policies and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include line staffing decisions, relieving personnel during breaks, and performing housekeeping tasks.

Competenze

• Six months of Lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
• Rehire eligibility: 181 days from separation date before reapplying.
• Number of times worked at Tyson: no more than three times previously.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job with/without accommodations.

Mansioni

• Department setup and compliance with USDA, production and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor shoulder cuts and debone equipment for issues.
• Decide staffing based on product flow and attendance.
• Relieve line personnel as needed and maintain housekeeping.
• Fill in for Supervisor during absences and breaks.
