Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a role on the debone operation on the 2nd shift in Texas. The position assists the Supervisor in communicating daily instructions to the team, monitors equipment, and ensures a safe work environment in accordance with Tyson policies.

Primary tasks include department setup, meeting USDA, production and HACCP requirements, and staffing decisions based on product flow. Applicants must have six months of Lead experience with a single employer in the past year, and the role

Qualifications

• Applicant must have six months of Lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operations of debone operation.
• Monitor all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance.
• Ensure USDA, production and HACCP requirements are met in area and assist with staffing decisions based on product flow and attendance.
