Qualifications

• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-space solving skills.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 employees with a culture of safety and accountability.
• Monitor production, quality, and efficiency to meet goals while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate production activities, staffing, and shift communication for reliable operations.
• Partner with Maintenance to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of roll stock and corrugator supplies.
• Address production issues, quality concerns, and employee performance promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate goals and updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cover additional duties as needed.
