Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Corrugated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 to 10 employees while fostering safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Monitor production, quality, and efficiency to meet goals while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate production activities, staffing, and shift communication for reliable operations.
• Partner with Maintenance to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of roll stock and corrugator supplies for uninterrupted production.
• Address production issues, quality concerns, and employee performance promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings and communicate goals, safety expectations, and updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional duties as needed.
