Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Cary, IL is seeking a seasoned 3rd Shift CNC Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will oversee CNC mill and lathe processes, manage workflow, and drive production goals through strong leadership.

The role requires hands-on CNC experience, data-driven reporting, ERP/MES familiarity, and a focus on continuous improvement using Kanban and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing with CNC mill/lathe experience.
• CNC programming knowledge a plus with strong process adherence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES, inventory systems; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3rd shift CNC production operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Create daily production, cycle count, and inventory reports; ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile ERP/MES transactions and material locations to support ops.
• Support purchasing and production planning with inventory control processes.
• Lead Kanban, safety stock strategies, and other improvements to boost efficiency.
