Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Supervisor in Mason, Ohio, on the 2nd shift. You will direct production, align schedules with quality and delivery targets, and control costs on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing with 2+ in a leadership role, plus 5+ years CNC machining experience, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvements under AS9100 and NADCAP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a management role directing similar facility operations.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with complex engineered product lines.
• 2+ years in a leadership role supervising 20+ employees.
• Strong background in using manufacturing systems, data and metrics to execute production plans.

Responsibilities

• Direct team activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and delivery dates while monitoring costs.
• Build high-performing, collaborative teams through positive influence, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
• Maintain accountability for department processes, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and housekeeping.
• Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot daily production issues and drive long-term process improvements.
• Ensure work is performed under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation requirements.
