Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tickets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations for complex technical issues during installation or operation of Lexware products.
• Communicate directly with customers via phone, email, and remote support software to resolve issues efficiently.
• Document all steps and solutions in the ticketing system, and support the 3rd level team with error analysis.
