Job summary

CorMedix Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead the preparation and review of the company’s SEC filings and related technical accounting analyses. You will set reporting plans, govern disclosure quality, and ensure filings comply with U.S.

GAAP and SEC rules, working with senior finance leaders. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to the CFO and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive public accounting and/or public company reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules (Reg S-X/Reg S-K), and Sarbanes-Oxley 404.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the enterprise-wide SEC filings cycle (10-Q/10-K) with timelines and governance.
• Oversee Form 8-Ks, earnings releases, and EDGAR submissions.
• Maintain disclosure framework, calendars, and cross-functional review protocols.
• Develop and document complex accounting analyses (ASC 842, 718, 805, EPS).
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal counsel, and senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements, close timelines, and internal controls.
• Partner with Investor Relations to align filings with communications.
