Manager, SEC Financial Reporting - up to $150K plus Bonus

An exciting opportunity for a CPA with strong technical accounting skills and SEC reporting experience to join a growing, mission-driven Corp. The Manager of SEC External Financial Reporting will lead the preparation of U.S. GAAP and SEC-compliant financial statements, conduct technical accounting research, and help strengthen SOX 404 internal controls.
