Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required or in lieu of CPA, active license preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting principles.
• Experience with SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Oversee external audits and quarterly reviews.
• Review stock-based compensation accounting and reporting.
• Research and document technical accounting matters and business implications.
• Monitor SEC developments and lead implementation of new standards.
