CFS seeks an SEC Reporting Manager to own the quarterly and annual SEC filings and partner with executive leadership in a fast-growing public company. This onsite role offers strong visibility, a clear path for advancement, and a people‑first culture.

You will lead GAAP reporting, manage tax-related activities, ensure SOX compliance, and collaborate with auditors and business leaders to deliver timely, accurate financial disclosures. CPA is required, with 10+ years of SEC experience.

• CPA designation is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and SEC reporting experience.
• Public accounting SEC background preferred with financial institutions a plus.

Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 + 15% Incentive Bonus + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities For The SEC Reporting Manager

• Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance.
• Manage tax‑related responsibilities, including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, internal controls, SOX‑related processes, and general ledger accuracy.
• Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications For The SEC Reporting Manager

• CPA designation required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and SEC reporting experience.
• Public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred, with financial institution experience considered a plus.
