Krispy Kreme, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks an External Reporting Analyst to support internal and external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

The role collaborates with Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate disclosures including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. The candidate will assist in SEC filings, prepare financial statements and MD&A, and support the monthly/quarterly close, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA candidate preferred with public company experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and SOX in a public company environment.
• Direct SEC reporting experience for a public company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and external reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Tie-out financial statements to schedules and source docs.
• Support monthly/quarterly close, journals, reconciliations, and workpapers.
• Assist with government/statutory reporting as applicable.
