Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking an Accounting Process Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across the accounting organization. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, design future-state processes, and implement scalable improvements.

The role focuses on automating manual activities, enhancing ERP systems, strengthening internal controls, and delivering data-driven performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• MBA, CPA, and/or process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes including close, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems, reporting tools, and automation solutions is preferred.
• Experience supporting project management activities, including planning, tracking milestones, delivering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Shows strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Is comfortable operating in evolving environments.
• Brings a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence accounting, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
