Job summary

Krispy Kreme is seeking a Financial Analyst, International Finance to support financial reporting for the brand's international franchise business. You will coordinate monthly reporting submissions, partner with franchise partners and finance leaders, and help drive accuracy, insights, and process improvements across multiple systems.

You will build dashboards, perform variance analysis, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month- and quarter-end activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, analysis, and business performance management.
• Multi-location and/or QSR franchise experience preferred.
• Experience working with financial data from multiple systems or supporting BI reporting initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly collection, consolidation, and validation of financial reporting from International Franchise partners.
• Partner with franchise business teams and international finance leaders to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting submissions.
• Monitor franchise reporting compliance and support royalty and receivable collection efforts by coordinating with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting databases and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Assist with variance analysis and provide insights into franchise financial performance, key business drivers, and emerging trends.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities for the International Finance team.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Franchise Operations, Legal, Commercial, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve financial reporting issues and support enterprise reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance data quality, automate recurring activities, and increase operational efficiency through the use of reporting and analytics tools.
• Support data validation, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects by working with financial and operational data from multiple systems.
• Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and build effective relationships with global stakeholders while maintaining the flexibility to collaborate across multiple international time zones, including occasional early morning or evening meetings.
