Job summary

CFS, a Fortune-recognized publicly traded company, seeks a SEC Reporting & Financial Reporting Manager for its corporate accounting leadership team. CPA with 8+ years in public accounting preferred, to lead SEC filings, consolidations, and strategic finance initiatives with direct exposure to executives and Audit Committee.

The role offers a high-visibility leadership path in a large, complex organization with a strong relocation program and opportunity to mentor a small team.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required.
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, US GAAP, consolidations, and SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Current or recent Manager/Senior Manager experience in public accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of external financial reporting and SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process.
• Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives.
• Research and implement technical accounting guidance under US GAAP.
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership and Audit Committee.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
