Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Research and document technical accounting issues, including CECL, revenue recognition, leases, and consolidations.
• Manage audit preparation, auditor relationships, and year-end financial statement support.
• Oversee lender, grantor, and covenant compliance reporting requirements.
• Calculate and document CECL reserves and maintain supporting methodologies.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes.
