Gravity Payments is seeking a driven outside sales professional to manage a Seattle-area territory, prospect new merchants, present tailored payment solutions, and onboard clients. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle and build lasting partnerships that meet aggressive targets.

The role emphasizes a proactive approach, strong communication, and a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction while navigating a dynamic, merchant-services landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outdoor B2B sales with revenue goals.
• Account management experience.
• Proactive, initiative-taking, and persistent in a dynamic sales environment.
• High level of customer service and professionalism with a customer-first focus.
• Experience in the merchant services industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory from prospecting through onboarding and go-to-market strategy.
• Own the full sales cycle: schedule meetings, present solutions, close deals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Assist businesses with payment processing equipment installation, training, maintenance and troubleshooting.
