Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably plumbing or mechanical contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineered drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), Bluebeam, Autodesk, and project management tools.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, billing, change orders, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, field teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, billing, change orders, and profitability.
• Coordinate project schedules, procurement, submittals, RFIs, BIM coordination, and field support.
• Conduct job site visits, monitor progress, track labor productivity, and resolve issues.
• Lead closeout activities including punch lists, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranty documentation.
