Alloyed is seeking a Site Safety & Facilities Officer for the Seattle site to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will implement UK H&S standards locally, translate them to Washington regulations, and work with local providers to execute tasks.

The role combines hands-on maintenance with regulatory research and vendor coordination, reporting to the Seattle Site Manager and UK-based leadership. Onsite role with cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Experience in facilities management and safety coordination.
• Ability to interpret and apply local regulations (WA state, OSHA).
• Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Strong communication across teams and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the site’s primary health and safety contact, aligning with UK programs and local regulations.
• Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, and track remediation to closure.
• Create/maintain risk assessments, safe-work procedures, signage, logs.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and report findings.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance, furniture assembly, and space moves.
• Coordinate with contractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and waste services.
• Inspect spaces to keep the site clean, safe, accessible, and compliant.
• Assist with office/workshop space reconfigurations.
• Liaise with UK Infrastructure and Facilities team on projects and schedules.
