Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Environmental, Health & Safety to support Seattle sites. The role focuses on promoting a strong safety culture, managing contractor safety, and driving compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will lead EHS programs, biosafety activities, incident investigations, and training, collaborating across multiple departments to align policies and improve operations.

Competenze

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local environmental, health, safety, occupational health, medical surveillance, and sustainability regulations, codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve EHS programs, procedures, and management system elements.
• Serve as site SME for EHS programs including Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Hygiene, Biosafety, and Contractor Safety.

• Lead and administer biosafety programs, including risk assessments, reviews, inspections, and training.
