Energy Jobline ZR in Seattle, WA is seeking a Junior Health, Safety & Facilities Coordinator to support health & safety and facilities operations onsite. This hands-on role blends safety administration with practical site upkeep and minor maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has some experience in workplace safety, EHS or facilities, is organized, and eager to learn. You will join a team that values proactive risk management and clear communication to keep the site safe and productive.

Competenze

• Some previous experience in Health & Safety, EHS, facilities, maintenance or site operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA.
• Interest in developing a career across Health & Safety and Facilities.
• Hands-on, practical approach and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn new regulations and responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, workshops, laboratories or industrial environments would be beneficial.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation of workplace safety procedures and policies.
• Carry out site inspections, identify hazards and follow up on improvements.
• Assist with risk assessments, safety documentation and incident investigations.
• Help ensure compliance with OSHA and Washington State safety regulations.
• Work with engineers and technicians to promote safe working practices.
• Support the day-to-day running and upkeep of the facility.
• Carry out minor maintenance, repairs and general workshop/site improvements.
• Coordinate contractors for building maintenance and facilities services.
• Support workshop layouts, equipment moves and site improvements.
• Work with the wider team to keep the site safe, organised and operational.
