Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist, Environmental Health & Safety to support Seattle sites. The role focuses on field safety, program management, training delivery, risk assessments, compliance, and continuous improvement of EOHSS processes across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will manage contractor safety, biosafety, and environmental programs, partner with researchers and facilities, and drive safety culture and regulatory adherence within a dynamic biopharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Industrial Hygiene, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of four years of directly related EHS experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with EHS management systems and training delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, occupational health and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve EHS programs and procedures.
• Serve as site SME for Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Hygiene, Biosafety, and other EHS programs.
• Coordinate EHS training, investigations, and incident reporting; track corrective actions.
