Job summary

Centraprise is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. The role will partner with sales and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven ServiceNow solutions and articulate the client’s value proposition to executive stakeholders.

The candidate should have senior-level architecture/design experience with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and platform security.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
Experience with ServiceNow platform assessment and best-practice recommendations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integrations, and Architecture configurations.
Hands-on design, development and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market.
Partner with sales and delivery teams to craft value-driven solutions and articulate customer value to executives.
Provide technical direction from definition through implementation and review developer work to ensure best practices.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and transformations in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team and convert requirements into functional specs.
