Job summary

Centraprise is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. The role will partner with sales and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven ServiceNow solutions and articulate the client’s value proposition to executive stakeholders.

The candidate should have senior-level architecture/design experience with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and platform security.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform assessment and best-practice recommendations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integrations, and Architecture configurations.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.

Client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to drive solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. The role will partner with sales, and delivery teams to craft innovative, value-driven solutions and articulate client’s value proposition to executive stakeholders and shape winning opportunities.

Experience as a Senior Architect / consultant

• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and transformations.
• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow platform assessment and provide best practice recommendations.
• Candidate should have Knowledge on ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
• Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs inITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM and CMDB.
• Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD design and implementation and transformation for large customers.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team.
• Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
• Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist inITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITIL V3 foundation.
• Nice to haveServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro features and functions.
• Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling.
• Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation and Migration Experience
• Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.
• Review work of development team and provide best practice
• Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate and enforce coding standards
• Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in:
• Deep understanding of Application UI Configuration and Custom apps.
• Coaching and mentoring others and responsible for their career development, education and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy
