Job summary

Everforth Apex in Seattle is seeking a Production Planner I to support daily and weekly production scheduling across CNC, 3D printing, welding, sheet metal, powder coating, and assembly. You will build and maintain master production schedules, track job progress, and ensure MES/ERP data accuracy while growing toward independent scheduling ownership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Customer Success, Application Engineers, and operations teams, with training provided to advance planning

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in production planning or related role.
• Basic familiarity with MES/ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Create daily production plans and assign work based on capacity.
• Allocate work across CNC, 3D printing, welding, sheet metal, and assembly.
• Project production needs 1–2 weeks ahead.
• Plan for outages and due dates.
• Communicate timelines to the Customer Success team.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate to operations.
• Monitor machine utilization and capacity.
• Develop a master production schedule across modalities.
• Participate in planning process improvements.
