One Medical in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time physician trained in Internal or Family Medicine to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care.

The role includes in-office visits, testing centers, occasional tele-health, participation in Clinical Rounds, collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, and potential supervision of NP/PA colleagues while pursuing licensure to support virtual care in additional states.

Formación

• Residency in Internal or Family Medicine completed.
• Board certification or eligibility with plans to certify within 1 year.
• Current WA state medical license before start date.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
• Treating patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues and credentialing as needed.
