Job summary

One Medical seeks a physician to join our Seattle-based primary care team, managing a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care. The role involves in-office, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and team huddles.

The physician will collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, use technology to deliver high-quality care, and supervise NP/PA colleagues, with potential licensure expansion to other states.

Qualifications

• Completed Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• At least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
• Board-certified or board-eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.
• State license in Washington prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
