Job summary

One Medical in Seattle, WA is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth care, and collaborate with in-person and virtual colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

This role emphasizes learning through Clinical Rounds and state licensure expansion, with a supportive benefits package including PTO, health plans, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care in the last 5 years with patients of all ages.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• State license in Washington obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Learn continuously through Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues and pursue additional state licensure as needed.
