Job summary

One Medical is seeking a physician to join our Seattle primary care team in a Full-time capacity. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds while collaborating with both in-person and virtual teams.

Candidates should be enrolled in or have completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency, hold WA state licensure, and be board certified or board eligible with plans to certify within a

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year.
• State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as needed.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Be open to obtaining additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
