Job summary

One Medical, a leader in primary care based in Seattle, seeks a dedicated physician to manage diverse patient panels across acute, chronic and well visits. This role involves in-office care, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits, with ongoing clinical rounds and collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in or have completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency, and are Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within a year.

Qualifications

• Completed/Enrolled in an Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or eligibility with plan to certify within 12 months.
• Current Washington state medical license before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continual learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
