Job summary

One Medical is seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible physician in Internal or Family Medicine for a full‑time role in Downtown Seattle, WA. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and provide telehealth when appropriate, collaborating with in‑office and virtual teams.

You will supervise NP/PA colleagues and pursue additional state licensure for broader virtual coverage, delivering human‑centered primary care with a strong tech component.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date.
• State licensed in Washington before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs.
• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in‑office or in testing centers; conduct telehealth visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in‑office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training; perform in‑office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
