Job summary

One Medical is hiring in Seattle for a full-time Internal/Family Medicine physician. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-person, testing center, and tele-health care, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds.

You may supervise NP/PA colleagues and pursue licensure for virtual primary care in additional states. The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, collaboration with teams, and using technology to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completed or in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care in the last 5 years (2 of 5).
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Attend weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
• Possibly obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
